This license applies to the Digital Scrapbooking products in the shop that are marked CU or have the option of PU or CU. This is a separate CU license for use in digital scrapbooking kit design or the like. This license does not apply to other applications such as use by graphic designers/artists outside the scope of digital scrapbooking.

All products are under copyright (Syndee Rogers, Studio Kitsch) with all rights reserved and are licensed to you thru purchase. Syndee Rogers (Studio Kitsch) maintains the copyright at all times, and retain the right to modify, change and update the Terms of Use at anytime with or without notice. Please check for updates and changes.

You MAY:

• Use to create digital papers and digital elements that you will sell (for personal use) to consumers for digital scrapbooking purposes.  Please use no more than 30% of my products in one kit. Make sure your end product is altered/modified and incorporated into your own work (put your own spin on it), please do not just ‘re-color’ the templates etc.
• Use on non-commercial blogs or websites related to digital scrapbooking provided the the final result is displayed as a flattened jpg file at no more than 72ppi. 

You MAY NOT:

• Claim any of my work as your own. I own the copyright at all times.
• Use my CU products to create other commercial use products.
• Create a element set or kit with my products only. Please use no more than 30% of my product in any one kit or pack your create. ** With the exception of artistic brushes you use to create papers etc. that aren’t easily noticeable in your design. 
• Create stock images and sell them on a stock site or include them in a CD.
• Re-distribute, share or sell any of my work other than your customers own personal use.
• Re-distribute, share or sell any of my artwork ‘as is’. It must be modified and incorporated into your own works.
• Use my work in any project for a third party or company. 
• Offer my work in layered .psd, .abr, .asl, .csm, .svg, .ai, ep or the like.
• Use my work in any way for items on print on demand sites such as Cafe Press, Zazzle, Snapfish etc.
• Use in any commercial logos, branding, or web design without extended licensing. (email for details)
• Use in any home wares, clothing, rubber stamps, vinyl decals, embroidery files, published books, ebooks, backdrops, photography props, home decor or fabric without an extended license and my written permission.
• Use to create templates of any kind.
• Use to create brushes, tubes, styles, shapes, or patterns.
• Offer these items in any other graphics collection, on a website, or individually, either for sale or free, create a competing product from them to sell or redistribute, and are not allowed to trade or share this kit.
• To make freebies of any kind.
