By purchasing and downloading any digital products from our website—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Purchase. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.
1. Digital Delivery & Access
- Immediate Access: All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment processing, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your files.
- No Physical Goods: No physical items, discs, or drives will be shipped to you.
- Download Limits: Download links are intended for your personal use. We reserve the right to limit the number of times a link can be accessed to prevent unauthorized sharing.

3. Strict Restrictions & Prohibitions
To protect our digital intellectual property, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- No File Sharing or Redistribution: You may not resell, lease, sublicense, share, or give away the raw source files (including .abr, .atn, .psd, or high-res texture files) to anyone else, even if they are modified.
- Flattened End-Products Only: When delivering final designs to clients or selling digital products to consumers, files must be delivered in a flattened, uneditable format (such as JPEG, PNG, or flattened PDF). The original assets must not be extractable.
- No Software Porting: You may not reverse-engineer or convert our Photoshop brushes, or actions into file formats for competing software (such as Procreate, Affinity, or Clip Studio Paint) for the purpose of resale or distribution.
- No Print-on-Demand (POD) Automation: You may not upload our products to print-on-demand websites (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle, Society6) where the asset itself is the primary design being sold. They must be substantially integrated into your own original artwork.
- No Trademarking Elements: You may use our assets in branding work, but you cannot claim exclusive ownership or register a trademark for any logo or design that relies on our pre-made shapes or graphics.
4. Software Compatibility & Technical Disclaimer
- System Requirements: Our products are developed and tested on official desktop releases of Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Elements and Procreate.
- User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your software is updated and compatible before purchasing. We cannot guarantee performance on older software versions (CS6 or earlier), pirated versions, or mobile alternatives (like Photoshop for iPad) unless explicitly stated on the product page.
- Destructive Workflows: Our actions automate complex steps. To avoid accidental data loss, we strongly advise working on duplicate image layers. We are not responsible for any lost or overwritten data on your original creative files.
5. Refund & Return Policy
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate, digital nature of these products, they cannot be physically “returned.” Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a download link has been generated. However, if you need assistance in using the product we are more than happy to help!
- Corrupt Files: If you experience a technical issue or receive a corrupted download, please contact support immediately, and we will provide a fresh download link or file replacement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital assets.
